Pannatti means declaration. The word comes from the Pali language and, as is often the case, it consists of two words, the first of which – panna means wisdom. So it is not just an ordinary declaration, but a declaration based on insight into the true nature of things. This word therefore functions in the context of Buddhist precepts, rules, regulations. Its direct translation means something that causes us to come to know, to know the truth. In this case, however, it is only a lamp hung on the wall that illuminates the darkness.

This artwork is painted on canvas stretched on wooden frame. I was using professional oil-colours with premium quality colour pigments that have high resistance to fading. Sides are continuously painted, so there is no need to frame. The picture is accompanied with a certificate of authenticity and ready for wall mounting.
