Artwork description:
A view of London's Oxo Building from Gabriel's Wharf. A prominent tower on the Southbank of the River Thames the building houses shops, cafes, bars and restaurants with the popular Oxo Tower Restaurant, Bar and Brasserie on the eighth floor. The leafy view in this print is the one most familiar to me as I approach from the south side to come to a collective I'm a member of (Southbank Printmakers) and it was because of this I chose to depict it in this way.
Materials used:
oil based block printing inks, lino, fabriano paper
