Original artwork description:

A white pony grazes on the bright green grass. Swishing tail, and long hair over the face. Spotted on a walk around fields near a garden centre. It had been a racy trip out, mid-pandemic when restrictions were lightened and people were as nervous as a racehorse in a stall. This livery yard had a ine up of aging caravans at the back. Going green with algae.

This challenge was "What I saw on my walk today." The greens and whites compacted into a square format as per instagram (other social media channels are available).

I've created a collection "Covid Creativity - Art from Lock-down". The Art Challenge between a group of artists who got to know each other in and around Hereford. Setting challenges for each other, either based on an artistic style, medium or subject. Meeting virtually to share our results.

Image 20 x 20 cm (8 x 8") is completed in acrylic on acrylic paper. The painting is in a white mount in a grey wooden frame 33.5 x 33.5 x 3 cm (13 x 13")
