Original artwork description:

One Spot Left (12X12) is a floral abstract completed in high-texture oils on gallery-wrap canvas. Rims are finished in black, so the painting is ready to hang and/or frame. This piece is both detailed and metaphorical. Is there just one spot vacant on the pond? Is there always room for more, wherever we are? With such natural bounty, is there truly a limit? Or, is this painting simply a whimsical design meant to bring a smile? (And, of course, there is nothing wrong with that. :)

Materials used:

oil paint, brush, palette knife, brush handle
