Artist's description:

The first time I saw goats all over the olive trees I could not really believe it, but they love it, and have such fun, jumping up and down, playing, it looks like to me.
Living many years by the Mediterranean, influences my work greatly, I like the strong colors, the vibrant landscape and above all, the smells of the south, strong and very happy memories continue to inspire my work.

a handprinted etching, each print is inked up by me, the artist I have added a technique called aquatint to this copper plate, which gives rich deep tones of the color it is printed in, in this case wonderful soft hues. If you would like to see me make and print an etching, go to and search under my name for a whole bunch of printmaking instructive films, or visit the me at work section here in my shop.

The size of the actual image (the copperplate)
is 14" x 6" ( 35cm x 15cm)
I have printed my Olive tree on a beautiful piece of warm white velvety printmaking paper.
Paper size: 17" x 9" (43cm x 23cm)

The etching is signed, titled and numbered (Edition of 50) by me. Please note you might not receive the number in the photograph.

I mail your etching from my studio in Denmark, safely packaged. It comes with a nice flier explaining what an etching is, let me know if you would like me to gift wrap it!
