From my 'Great Expectations' Collections. These hand-cut pictures were initially inspired by a visit to the Lichtenstein exhibition at Tate Modern in 2013. I like the fresh cut lines of his pop-art style. Using a room setting as a vehicle to create a scenario leads to myriad of possibilities. the collage pieces take over and dictate scene.
Inspired by other artists, designers and crafts people, the colour, scale and style come alive to tell a tale!
