Night Breed is a painting about the night life and those people that experience/enjoy it. We see a dancing couple, a person sitting alone in a chair and a kissing couple in the dark (up left) as if enclosed in a bubble of their love. The overall dark dimly lit ambience is illuminated sporadically by yellow flashes of light. The people are enraptured by the late hour, the alcohol and by the illusions of intimacy and love that probably shall disappear on the next morning.
