The beauty of ballet dancers have long been admired in art, sculpture, art photo and other media forms. The grace of ballerinas and thier tenderness inspires me to create the painting in my own manner in late 1999. At that time there was no such immense accessibility to beauty and, therefore, each portrait was treated with special trepidation and feeling.
In the turn of the head, it was necessary to preserve the tenderness of the lines and at the same time the steel physical preparation. Indeed, behind external grace there is always a huge work, iron willpower and everything so that we can admire their heavenly lightness.
