A fisheye view of the houses and apartments of the densely populated Principality of Monaco.
Although this may look like a collage of various photos or digitally manipulated image, this artwork was created in camera using a fisheye effect and a digital watercolour filter applied to give it a more painterly look.
In this artwork I have tried to portray the density of the buildings that rise one above the other up the steep hillsides with an old traditional Mediterranean style house with trees in the garden in the centre surrounded by the modern apartment blocks and balconies.
Professionally printed on Hahnemühle archival quality paper using the latest archival quality inks.
