This series of drawings and painterly sketches focuses on modern dance. Capturing movement and body in motion is of primary interest here. Some sketches are based on my video and depict a sequence of movements as if reconstructing the choreography. These sketches are at the same time a study for a series of batik paitings on modern dance.
