A bunch of prehistoric hunters have cornered a mammoth on Margate seafront, outside the Flamingo arcade and within sight of the iconic clock tower. All bets are off. The spears are sharp but those tusks look pretty mean. This design was inspired by the illustrations in ancient history textbooks that were around when I was at school - some of which had very modern looking chaps (with "short back and sides" haircuts) in prehistoric settings.
A hand pulled linocut, from an edition of 50 printed on beautiful Daler Rowney 200g acid-free paper with oil-based ink. It will be signed and numbered and will come unframed and unmounted, packaged in a sturdy cardboard tube.
