Silverback mountain gorilla in The Humba Group, Parc National Des Virunga, Democratic Republic of Congo. A character, even if was not the boss - that was Humba himself - he acted as if he was. Bold, inquisitive, he often presented opportunities for striking portraits during our 10 days visit to the volcanoes where Diane Fossey started her love affair with these magnificent creatures. His looks, glares, stares were priceless.
This Giclee print is a colour print made on hannemuhle photo rag 308 gsm paper which has a very smooth surface. (Giclee describes a fine art printing process that combines pigment based inks with high quality archival quality paper). My Giclee prints have an extremely wide tonal range and colour gamut.
Options: The print can also be made on C-Type Paper (matt or gloss), or C-Type Metallic/Velvet, or Giclee Canvas. It can also be printed at different sizes.
