This painting was made from a sketch whilst sipping a coffee outside 'Coffee and Drift' with my son Julian who was visiting from Upsalla in Sweden. The painting depicts the famous Isle of White Shuttle crossing from Lymington Town Station to the Isle of White Ferry Terminal. The Quay is very busy all year round, and people meet and chat the Swans often climb the slipway and should be avoided if they come too close..
