What causes us to look up in a city? In Portland, Oregon, we look at the bright and colorful buildings in town, which stand out against the oft-gray backdrop of the city's dreary rainy season. This building is located at SE Glisan and 28th, but it could be in many parts of the world.
This painting is part of my looking up series, portraying architecture and people from the dynamic perspective of looking up from the base or bottom.
