Lindisfarne Priory was once the home of St Cuthbert and the birthplace of the Lindisfarne Gospels. The ruins of the Priory provide a striking image, silhouetted against a dramatic backdrop. Lindisfarne Castle can be seen in the distance through one of the arches, highlighted by a section of Gold leaf.
