Original artwork description:

I was inspired to draw this still life seeing the pink and white of the lilies contrasting with the blue background and dark blue vase. . This was further emphasised by the white cloth on the garden table completing my still life. I like the way the Victorian wrought iron table has character and the white cloth completes the composition. It is a pastel painting the rich hues of the still life and the pure pigment brings the still life
to life!
