Another one of Hester’s unpublished paintings. This still life of Arum lilies is just awesome in the way she had used and combined more traditional colours. Look closely at the application of the paint to create different tones. It is definitely one of her more formal paintings. I am sure this painting will bring you endless joy and happiness when you look at it.
Hester was a popular selling artists on Artfinder but has recently sadly passed away. Her legacy as an artist and her memory as my wife will continue on my Artfinder page.
