The latest in the Liberty Series. A large centre piece painting. The canvas is gallery wrapped (the painted image continues around the edges) so there is no need for framing. Hanging the stretched canvas will be easy and neat, the inside edge of the hardwood stretcher will rest on two horizontally level nails in your wall that will then be hidden by the painting.
The Liberty Series, an ongoing series of paintings have evolved from a roll of film that I took in the 1970s. Others from the series have already won internationally recognised awards. I achieved an 'Artist of the Year' title with LIBERTY I in 2011, the same painting won the 'Masterpiece' prize in The American Art Awards in 2015 and it is also published as a limited edition print. Liberty III is also available as a limited edition print on canvas.
Notes on shipping: My shipping rates reflect the robust crating requirements necessary to ensure the safe delivery of a large painting combined with charges made by couriers. I do prefer to ship canvases stretched as rolling and re-stretching may cause distortion to the edges of 'gallery wrapped' canvases.
Customs/duty/taxes have to be the responsibility of the purchaser but it must be stated that for some international transactions there will be NO DUTY liable, eg. EU countries and USA. Again please contact me for more information for other destinations.
