Each artwork is carefully wrapped and ships in a sturdy, protective packaging. Shipping rates include these handling and packaging costs.

POSTAL SERVICE
I ship with Bulgarian Posts via registered mail and provide you with the tracking number. Usually, it takes 7 to 12 business days for the artwork to reach you depending on where you are in the world.
Please do note that all custom charges are down to the buyer. Any excess costs for combined shipping will be refunded to you.

If you are impatient to receive your order and prefer a faster courier service, please contact me prior to purchasing and I will do my best to meet your needs.

RECEIPT
You would have to sign for the package upon receipt. In rare occasions you might need to check with your local post office if an attempt at delivery has been made in your absence.

I do accept custom orders based on works available in the shop or your individual preferences. In your first inquiry, please include the dimensions and colors you desire or refer to the paintings you find most appealing.
