Lazy-day Walkabout (24X48) is a whimsical caricature of a laid-back town. The image offers an invitation to a visual time-out. There seems to be a central labyrinth, or is that a giant ferris wheel? Streets are clearly delineated, houses, the sun is shining, flowers growing, it's all nearly a living cartoon on canvas, one sure to raise the mood and bring a smile. This is happy art. Completed in high-textured oils on gallery-wrap canvas with rims finished in black, the piece is ready to hang and/or frame.
