Original artwork description:
Upon completion of this image, I had the problem of giving it a title. Every day I would come up with a different title. After leaving the picture on view in my studio for a week it suddenly hit me. LAST OF THE COOKIES. My thought process was that the black-and-white pattern reminded me of native patterns and the circle looked like a cookie and for some unknown reason the film titled “Last of the Mohicans” came to mind, and with only one cooky on view, the title became obvious adding a little humour to the proceedings.
