The beauty of Evolution - how the ‘making’ of such exotic tropical colourful fish came into being - incredible colours over the millennia -These almost spiritual beings dazzling in the tropical waters of fabulous shallow reefs.
We celebrate the vast array of turquoise, purples, dazzling greens and yellows every shade of blue, oranges all highlighted by black and white highlights. We almost chuckle at how Nature combined these colours in such unusual ways . How can this be - as they flicker past you in their metallic shimmery world.

Materials: Using layers of resin and building up the colours and then painting in the fish 🐠 and a further final layers to appear as if they are under water. Use of metallic mineral pigments of silver and real gold leaf, diamond dust, platinum dust, sand and chalk paints, sand, acrylic sprays and paints, mica powder for shimmer in an amazing array of colours.

Seeing this artwork is a wonder. You feel you are there under the water with them.
