Italians care so much about their oldest traditions. I knew this lady from a local bar, meeting her almost every morning while drinking her first espresso! She was so passionate about her coffee routine before going to the market! Always so elegant and stylish, always in her best light. Her hands were so big that sometimes I imagined that some little birdie could come and rest on her finger while she's enjoying her coffee! It would be just for a short second as espresso is very very short and then she'll be gone with the day..;)
