My home is always decorated with ornamental plants. And I often observe that wood products, such as vases and jewerelly box, look great in combination with flowers. For this reason the idea to paint a still life with a lovely bouquet, a box, and pearl beads appeared. I close predominantly warm colours for the composition. The fabric of bright red colour contrasts favourably against the light background. Sprigs of yellow mimosa brightly light up nex to be inflorescences. Pearls gently reflect the sunlight, playing with their lustre. The whole composition is filled
with tenderness and femininity. The work is imbued with vintage theme and reminds me very much of classical motifs. The work is painted from nature.

The composition is authentic and original.
Oil paints based on natural pigments were used. Damar varnish and linseed oil were added.
The base is 350g/m2 paper primed with acrylic paste. Paper sheet size 21.0x15.0 inch with write borders around the perimeter. Outline dimensions 20.5x14.5 inch excluding white borders (see additional photos). Framing and wall fixing elements not included.
The layers of paint are thin. Varnish for the top coat is not used.
