Original artwork description:
The yellow jersey is worn by the leader of the general classification who has taken the least time to complete the Tour de France. Chris Froome has dominated the jersey in the last few years. Cyclists often remind me of flys - something to do with the design of the helmets I think. This was nicknamed Bluebottle whilst I was working on it!
The canvas board is 7 x 5 in (17.5 x 12.5cm). These frames are available widely to suit all budgets. The painting is sold and delivered unframed as glass does not travel well and increases postal costs.
