New: this is a brand new series of brightly coloured, abstract paintings featuring irridescent paints. This piece is an abstract design on a deep-edged stretched canvas. Abstract expressionist artworks on 100% cotton canvas stretched over a wooden frame. No extra framing is required and the painting is ready to hang as soon as you unpack it.
Over a lightly textured base I applied Many tones of green, blue, teal, magenta and gold washes and glazes in my signature style to create a deep saturation of colour. The 5cm edges are painted purple.
