Imaginary Chairs is a series of 12 mini collage works, I entertained myself with wondering and assembling... if I entered 'chairs with arms' or 'chairs with legs' into an Ai image generator what I might get in return....

This is my human response to provoking a visual dialogue between the relationship of human creativity and Ai. Just to be clear, no Ai was used in the making of these.

So here's my take on armchairs and chair legs.

I'm now left with a lot of legless girls that are quite armless!

Each collage is 10 x 6.5cm and assembled on mount board before further mounting onto a 5x7 inch white mount board elevating the collage by about 1/2 cm and housed in a white acrylic box frame with real glass.
Receive this boxed well for a safe journey with tracking.

Materials used:

Vintage and new magazine. Acid free glue, mount board and acrylic frame.
