This is my first experiment painting directly onto a cyanotype with acrylic paint. I initially made this piece which was representative of someone lying in the sand but didn't quite feel the result was how I wanted it to be. Now it's become something else, but that person is still there.
The cyanotype on linen was made by me lying directly onto the linen and then real sand scattered around me. I then tried to dye it in coffee and wine but the blue wanted to stay and I'm glad now that it did.
