Original artwork description:
The sculpture Icarus is hand carved from a piece of Juglans Nigra. The burled black walnut wood is lightly treated with precious wax in the lower part, and dark in the upper part with oil and wax. A subtle belt with chrome lacquer is in the area in between. The sculpture is fastened with a screw on a stainless steel base. The roko logo (Roland Köpfer) is notched on the back of the legs.
