Original artwork description:

This image is a charcoal and white acrylic painting on found cardboard (a material associated with sitting and sleeping in the streets). This was part of a project exploring homelessness in 1993. There seemed to be quite a lot of homelessness in Southampton around this time and it struck me, as a new resident and found the situation very upsetting for a rich country to still have this happening.

I created and explored this subject between 1993 to 1994, making many drawings, paintings and animations.
