Question for the artist?

Artist's description:

I have always been fascinated by the themes of "duality" , Yin Yang, light and darkness in people. I think we all have this two sides in us. This beautiful woman posing in an almost saintly manner wearing a crown of roses has her "dark" side witch is translated in the caption on her t-shirt..
The title for this artwork is taken from the lyrics of a song called "Forgive Father (I have sinned) by Cradle of Filth .
