There are places that we have travelled where people gather to see the sunset - and they cheer as the sun finally sets below the horizon. It seems like such an appropriate response to such a daily wonder. Yet, there are many such daily wonders that we overlook or pass by in our hurry to finish a task, cross something off of our to-do list. I am always filled with awe and gratitude when I pause to recognize the beauty and individuality of a sunset.

I have worked on a series of sunset painting and this is one of my favorites!
It is painted on a gallery wrapped canvas, with the edges painted dark grey. There is a wire on the back, so it is ready to hang! No frame needed.
