The most famous of them "Girl with an oar" is still associated with Soviet kitsch.
Sculptures dedicated to sports and a healthy lifestyle adorned Soviet parks of culture and recreation, and young pioneer camps.
Sculpture "Girl on a log" is still in Gorky Park in Moscow.
It seems to me that the touch of a bygone era gives these statues a certain magic. I see a unique aesthetics in them, a kind of contrast to the ruins of unfulfilled dreams.
