This is one of the later artworks during my 80 artworks project and intentionally simple. I thought about how every generation is so different yet we all go through the same stages and one day I won’t know how to use the modern technology (that probably wont happen judging my grandma though, maybe something else). We’re all the same, so I wanted to paint a row of armchairs sliding across a hallway down toward a window all watching the same sight.
I initially intended to make the chairs look worn, time didn’t allow for that one.
This artwork is one of my hand-stretched ones, sold with hooks ready to hang and a certificate of authenticity.
