Macaques are our closest relatives, quite apt at mimicking the expressions and actions of the humans. It might be the reason I find them very attractive. This portrait was done in loose style watercolor on best quality paper; using wet on wet technique. You can see the swirls of paint, but not the brush strokes. Its an expressive artwork that will be sent unframed and flat- packed, along with a certificate of authenticity.
