Another one of my market drawings. Using the spaces in time, between chatting to passers by next to the Soane in Lyon, I like to draw in a looser fashion than usual. These drawings are not meant to be exact renditions of their source material, but exercises in the joy of mark making.
If you're in Lyon on any given Sunday, pass by the Marché de la Création, you might just see me in the midst of another drawing.
The original sculpture resides in the Musée de beaux arts, Lyon.
