What most attracts me and I most admire in a landscape or a landscape is not so much the story itself, or at least not only that, but the lights and colors that overlap, intersect, come together to outline the scene I hit.
In this woodland scene I was caught by the sunset lights that spread all around fantastic colors. Warm, dense and bold colors just like wanted to represent in my painting.

For this painting I used a panel in forex (expanded PVC) that is normally used in the advertising graphics, for its lightness and resistance, I gave three layers of plaster on both sides to prepare the surface and then I started with a very free charcoal design that I fixed with a spray. Finally for painting I used acrylics.

Quello che più mi attrae e che più ammiro in un panorama o in un paesaggio non è tanto il soggetto in sé, o comunque non solo quello, ma sono le luci ed i colori che si sovrappongono, si intersecano, si fondono per delineare la scena che mi ha colpito.
Per questo dipinto ho utilizzato un pannello in forex (PVC espanso) che normalmente si usa nella grafica pubblicitaria, per la sua leggerezza e resistenza, ho passato tre strati di gesso sulle due facce per preparare la superficie e poi ho iniziato con un disegno molto libero a carboncino che ho fissato con uno spray. Infine per la pittura ho utilizzato gli acrilici.
