Artist's description:

A watercolour painting of a collection of budding ballerinas in a line during their Ballet class. I wanted to capture this moment freely, portraying what all the little girls are doing without really actually painting them. I really love playing in this free style, and am so inspired by little dancers, they remind me of my dancing days and the little girls I used to teach. Girls with their arms in Fifth position is a such a classic pose I wanted to capture them in all their disorganised glory!

This is painted in watercolour on 300 gsm 100% cotton Langford prestige paper, the paper is heavy and isn't ruched or buckled. All my paintings are shipped well protected in heavy card and waterproofing.

Materials used:

Watercolour on 140lb 100% cotton paper
