From the series "The extent of the catastrophe" find the work "Fisher boats": It is a colored wooden printing block.

The work " The extent of the catastrophe" consists of both wood blocks and prints. The subjects refer to press photos, which have been published after the tsunami and nuclear catastrophe. The artistic technique refers to traditional Japanese woodblock print making.

Through a long-term study a growing and changing ensemble of blocks and prints emerges, which aims to confront media volatileness and shrinking public awareness.
