Firemark (Diptych) features burnished red background with golden highlights. The horizon line of hand-painted paper has hints of a copper-green patina. The washes and glazing techniques used create a rich glow with underlying depth. An intense abstract landscape.

NOTE: The paper substrate (base) is thick — 300 lb. (640 gsm), acid-free, archival watercolor paper. The painting features a crisp one-inch border to provide more framing options. (Frames not included; shipped flat).
