It is so glossy and reflective that it is the reflection in this milkman that acts as the center of the composition, everything around works on reflection: a dark background, bright violets, lace, and even a hidden lemon. It’s like a picture in a picture, a rebus for the viewer is to find, but what is the main thing here and why is everything just like that.
