Original artwork description:

We spent a day on Skye last Summer, We did the Quiraing walk (spectacular!) which took most of the day. On the way back to the ferry we swung into the side of the road to take one final look at the sinister looking outline of the Cullin Hills against the evening sky. A little burn danced along in front of the view catching the light. The dog jumped out of the car and ran about in the cotton grass in the fading light. We were late for the ferry and the chain was already across the car park. After much pleading they squeezed us on - we were the last car on the boat and the loading door shut just inches from the back of the car.
The painting is semi abstract. I got completely carried away with the colours and mark making in trying to capture the light.
The painting is supplied rolled in a tube. I will ship in anywhere in the world for free.
