Original artwork description:
This is one of my earliest works from my private collection.
Inspired from one of my many photographs around New England. Also a bit of inspiration from one of my favorite movie directors Alfred Hitchcock and movie 'The Birds'.
A strong dramatic vignette is created by the land mass against a bleak white sky. My intention was to make the viewer feel a chill in the air and warmth on the ground, while leaving the birds in control.
The painting is done on a heavy canvas sailcloth, and will be carefully ROLLED for shipping.
