Original artwork description:

This painting is part of a series of acrylic paintings exploring the story of Genesis through image. The painting comes from my personal archive of works from the early 1990s, painted in 1991.
It came about through reading the passage and relating to the beginning of the creation of the Earth and the Fall. In this case I wanted to explore and relate to Autumn (Fall) through colour, creating an expression of nature.

These were painted using acrylic paint on thick paper and they have stood the test of time well, being 25 years old.

About these prints: Unlike Giclée or pigment ink based fine art printing, Sinterix (or sinterescent printing) is a process based on a heat-suffused sintered powder application to the paper. Sinterescent prints are characterised by extremely high image quality and can be printed at very high resolution to bring up extremely fine detail.
