This artwork belongs to the series "4 Seasons". This series took me several years - from 2007 to 2015 and has a lot of artwork. I try to correlate female beauty with the beauty of nature, to be more precise - her energy, her lying state, with my emotions and sensations that a particular season causes.
The painting "Fall" reflects a very complex character just like this time of year itself. On the one hand, a lot of energy is concentrated in her, her look may even seem wild. On the other hand, her pose is closed, she is hiding. This internal conflict makes the character’s existence complex and interesting. So in the fall, when nature becomes incredibly beautiful and fascinates you, but at the same time this beauty is very fleeting and you already feel the breath of a long winter.
