This oil painting gives the impression of a lake as the last of the evening light is glowing in the sky. Still water can bring an immense sense of peace, particularly at the end of the day and that has been the inspiration for this painting. This painting was born out of my memories and imagination. We all need to bring tranquility and beauty into our homes to combat the stress of our modern lives.
