In Greek mythology, the final resting place of the souls of the heroic and the virtuous is Elysium. This painting explores the entry into Elysium for those worthy. It is an emotion depiction of a beautiful place that is free from strife. Painted in the style of abstract expressionism.

The canvas is 80 cm (W) x 174cm (H). The sides are painted in the same manner as the painting and so there is no need for a frame.
