Original artwork description:

I planned an Early start to go out and watch the dawn as I had an idea for a painting . The sky looked promising so I dressed and went off to the fields , I wanted to watch dawn break, study the colours and see how the rising sun effected the colours in the landscape. Gauge how dark the trees are against the light. Quite often the sun is very strong colouring the landscape with the reflected colour. The only bright colours were in the sky, the landscape was soft and hazy. Painted on a burnt Sienna ground, text added to the right ‘Early in the Morning’,’ Right Just as day was dawning’. Presented ready to hang, signed on the side, titled signed and dated on the reverse. Shipped carefully packed in mostly recycled materials with a certificate, in a box dispatched with a track and trace identity.
