Down by the river was created from my inspiration of the local River stour in the Vale of Blackmore vale, North Dorset.
I sit by it often in the warmer months and look forward to being there again.
Original impressionist watercolour on 300 gsm 140 lb bockingford watercolour paper. Wet on wet background and used a small sable hair brush for the detail.
