Walking back towards Reeth we came across a shady path dotted with wild garlic. I was thrilled because I wanted to see some but thought I was too late as it was early June. In this damp and shady path between stone walls the garlic was still in flower. Light filtering through the trees and in the distance a couple of stone barns perched on the hillside.
The painting is supplied in a white / cream mount and will fit a frame size 60cm x 50cm.
acrylic and ink
